Can you check if these files exist?

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\1337ftw\SimpleClassicTheme.exe (hidden)

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\1337ftw\SimpleClassicTheme.lnk

After some analysis the search bar seems to break starting at Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18362.10015.

I will check File Explorer's UI files to see if there are any changes.

R.O.B.: Windows 10 does work on Intel 12th gen, however it may not perform as well as Windows 11 due to the fact that its scheduler does not know the concept of P and E cores (which were introduced in 12th gen). Aug 13, 2023 17:39:20 GMT -8
