The simplicity of programming in .NET sacrifices storage space of the framework itself. All complex API things (except the classic theme ofcourse) have wrappers made for you. That's the main reason why .NET is so big. As to your install, if you say it's loaded from RAM, I have two questions for you as I'm really interested now:

1. What type and version of Windows get loaded into RAM and how?
2. You say it sacrifices storage space: Is the Desktop Window Manager even included? AKA: Is your install Windows Basic themed?

Guest: I have 12th intel generation and can't even run games on 1809 and maybe 21H2 that is why I am stuck with Windows 11 :-[

R.O.B.: Windows 10 does work on Intel 12th gen, however it may not perform as well as Windows 11 due to the fact that its scheduler does not know the concept of P and E cores (which were introduced in 12th gen). Aug 13, 2023 17:39:20 GMT -8
