As anixx said this problem is a known issue for Win10 LTSC. Currently not sure if there's a fix though.

R.O.B.: Windows 10 does work on Intel 12th gen, however it may not perform as well as Windows 11 due to the fact that its scheduler does not know the concept of P and E cores (which were introduced in 12th gen). Aug 13, 2023 17:39:20 GMT -8
