Theme: Classic (Windows 2000 w/ 9x Silver).
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
RAM: 32 GB.
GPU: NVidia GTX 970.

LTSC 2019 is based on build 1809, the same build MS screwed up and removed a dll in their efforts to appease the masses with Dark theme, only to correct it in the next build and restore it. That dll is needed for Classic theme to show properly, so that's why File Explorer hangs. Downgrade to LTSB 2016 or "upgrade" to Home/Pro on 1903+.

Guest: I have 12th intel generation and can't even run games on 1809 and maybe 21H2 that is why I am stuck with Windows 11 :-[

R.O.B.: Windows 10 does work on Intel 12th gen, however it may not perform as well as Windows 11 due to the fact that its scheduler does not know the concept of P and E cores (which were introduced in 12th gen). Aug 13, 2023 17:39:20 GMT -8
