I can see this really didn't workout. Here's what I would do in your position
1. Do a system restore to the point where you had a clean Windows 10 theme 2. DON'T INSTALL StartIsBack or Open-Shell. SCT handles that for you! 3. Open SCT and check taskbar and click "Install Required Stuff". 4. After that click "Enable" and voila you have a classic taskbar and classic title bars 5. Don't know how to customize your start menu like that in Open-Shell, you would have to look that up 6. Also don't know how to remove that desktop button, so look that up as wel 6. I'm assuming you mean the taskbar clock when you say "old clock". Simple, open SCT and click on "Install T-Clock". When that's done click on "Open T-Clock". Done!
