Simple Classic Theme (fully supports Windows 8.1, 10 and 11)

howdy, i made an account for this specifically. i can't run the config app!

The error I'm getting is as follows:
Application not found

application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
