W10 Setup MKII [WIP]

Yeah, I most likely broke the file when I edited out my start menu items from it (there's other 800 items and I removed them because there are of no use to anyone but me). 

Here's the first part of the XML file, use notepad to open it and alter each value so it matches mine:
