[Beta] Simple Classic Theme Taskbar

Thanks Scamdisk. Trying out and I must say, you've done a really good job with it ʇǝǝๅ. It's really good.
Things I noticed in this build:
- The start button has the proper pressed in effect. An actual 3d button. So nice to have that back.
- The QuickLaunch icons display correctly now.
- You can move tasks around! A very nice feature to have.
- You can adjust the icon spacing for the Quick Launch icons, as well as Systray icons as well as taskbar buttons.
- The clock now has a tooltip. Talking of tooltips: they are now the proper ones and no longer the balloon type. Nice.
Looking forward to seeing how this progresses. Hat's off, it's fantastic thus far.
EDIT: Just noticed you can move system tray icons around by holding the left mouse button. Great stuff. 👍
EDIT2: Running the latest build (Dec 1st) now. Switching over to this now as my main driver. You've out done yourself.
