Renaming {926749fa-2615-4987-8845-c33e65f2b957} seems to get rid of the ribbon for all programs.

I wonder if there is a way to somehow block loading that CLSID without renaming it in explorer.

The option to choose between Win11 command bar, Win10 ribbon and Win7 command bar has been included in Explorer Patcher.
