So, I was able to get this to work, and this is kind of a mix between modern and classic, but, I was able to fix somethings and make it look as right as I could. I am using LEETs SCT, and this is Libre Office using the grey theme with a grey background and tabbed buttons and I think the Breeze icons?

For the ribbon, the problem is that the associated controls have never been planned for the classic theme.
