It is not possible to restore the old UAC Prompt, but it is possible to use Surun : www.winclassic.net/thread/872/surun-classic-uac-dialog (In addition, Surun is more convenient to use than UAC)

For the wifi network, you can use PeNetworkManager : www.winclassic.net/thread/1061/penetwork-classic-mod (which also allows you to get a classic wifi panel)
