This is an icon pack for Windows 10 and 11 that will replace most icons with classic-styled icons. It is currently only been tested on Windows 11, Windows 10 21H2, 1903, 1809, and 1607. How do I apply it?
7 Theme Source Patcher is needed to apply the pack. Make sure to install NET 3.5 beforehand. www.deviantart.com/devillnside/art/7TSP-GUI-2019-Edition-804769422Download (Latest Version):drive.google.com/file/d/1JP_bX9GPvkylIMzgbVU7qOaVEM4w80Ih/view?usp=sharing

Next version will include some custom-made icons and possibly some icons from the SE98 icon pack for Linux if I get permission.

It's dangerous to assume this will work on any version except 1903. Why? Because non-icon resources can change across versions, and this method doesn't account for languages. (eg. installing on a dutch install would void all dutch translations within the patched mun's) There's two main methods to solve this: Overcompleteness: Include mun's for all versions (or important ct versions like 1607, 1809, 1903 and 21h2) On-system patching: Only include the resources and a location where they need to go, and automatically patch the icons into the existing resource files. It probably already does so but I think it's still important to note: automatically make a backup of anything you replace.

No resources are being changed in mui files so it should work across all locales. I'll try to set up some VMs for different Windows versions late to see if packs for different Windows versions are needed.

To install on 1809 and below, extract the pack and remove "mun" from all resource files, remove shell32.dll.mun.res from the pack and rezip the archive with the renamed files. Download (Latest Version):drive.google.com/file/d/1O7cBf4LPq1DsxvIwm56sL3N-dSBV2Lli/view?usp=sharing Version History:

Is there any way to change the icon from 1803 to Classic 7tsp Pack? When I change the icon to the Classic 7tsp Pack from 1809 to 21H2, it changes to the Win7 style... The Windows 7 icons are because it is based on a Windows 7 pack of mine that I made probably a year ago. I was actually planning on creating a Classic theme pack based on my 7 pack, but it felt daunting and there was a major lack of icons for high-dpi and in general, so I didn't do it. Glad to see that someone else did it.

Your pack replaces regedit in c:\windows\ with 32 bit regedit I didn't really pay attention to the regedit version before but after I applied this pack I noticed that the font settings in regedit were suddenly set back to the default setting and now that I've read what you wrote I can also confirm that it is a 32Bit version of regedit on a 64Bit system.

I noticed regedit was 32 bit because system32 kept resetting to syswow64 and didn't save my settings

Could I use this pack on Windows 7?
What would happen if I did?

Could I use this pack on Windows 7? What would happen if I did? It might work but icons might show up in the wrong places. It would probably be better if you used something like Resource Hacker to manually extract the icons from the pack then applied them manually with something like CustomizerGod.
