Hi! I'd just like to know where these icons are found so i can change them because they look so out of place. i am trying to get this look 95% accurate to xp, and even though its a small thing i'd love to change them so it doesnt throw anyone off. Attachments:

They are all found in setupapi.dll. But be warned, it is signed, and modifying it could BSOD your PC at boot. Instead, modify setupapi.dll.mui in your language folder (eg. en-US) to make icons with the same layout as the regular setupapi.dll as a workaround.

Instead, modify setupapi.dll.mui in your language folder (eg. en-US) to make icons with the same layout as the regular setupapi.dll as a workaround. thanks, how would i go about changing the icons in the mui file? there are no icons in that file  and there is no .mun file in systemresources for it either unfortunately I did go against your good advice and try modifying it straight up but gave me a BSOD until I changed it back. Just wanted to see if it would work! |

Check Icon Group, and if you intend to modify AVI and Bitmap, those as well Now, modify the resources how you want to, save the file and replace the .mui |
