Very cool theme, it's neat to see some 1980s style UIs. I love it!
Btw, the "Raster Font" in the console is actually the Terminal typeface, or vgaoem.fon (dosapp.fon for the bold variation). Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like you can set it as the font for the Windows GUI.

Well, I think it needs B&W icons (preferably, not grayscale!), raster font as system default and ability to set a pattern as a background in folders. |

I got to select "Terminal" font in No Meiryo UI.
It works, but only for certain sizes.
Moreover, it does not modify the controls of the dialog boxes (but this problem is present for all the fonts).
