Hello KotonePopper, and welcome to the WinClassic forum! Your configuration looks good: did you create the visual style ?

No sadly, but all credits for the modified Luna10 visual style goes to travis and Saturn Interesting. It turns out that travis modified this style under LTSC 2019 (which is actually 1809). Given your signature, you are under 1903. It is possible that modifying a style under 1809 causes it not to work under the most recent versions of Windows 10 (I am under 21H2, and this style does not work for me) .

How did you you got the XP Tour option dialog working? Pretty sure you can just grab tourstart.exe from Windows XP and it should work.

You have to put the Tours folder from XP's Help folder to C:\Windows\Help

For tourstart.exe to work, it must have an htmlTour and an mmTour folder in it. Located in C:\Windows\Help\Tours.
