Trying to replicate Windows 7 Login Screen

yes only an idiot like me with absolutely no coding experience would try and recreate a crucial part of Windows and Security:: a Login Screen
The Windows Classic Login Screen remade is an amazing program, im obviously not trying to compete with that, I just miss Windows 7 so much, and just wanted to try
Things I can't figure out
- Display Windows User Account Picture
- Display User Account
- Recognize user's password
- How to get the branding, arrow, frame, etc to scale to user's screen
Things to add
-Shutdown Button
-User Accessibility button
-Multi user Support
-Dual Screen support
-Fallback/way to close if things go wrong
-Learn how to even code
-Option for custom branding/password
-possibly try and make a Control Alt Delete setting + options for Windows (like choosing taskmanager and stuff)
-Autoscale for resolutions, as windows has many different variations of the background for resolutions
Why do I wanna achieve this? it would honestly complete the look, I know windows 8-11 is extremely restricted when it come to the login/boot screen, and everything else, and im obsessed with accuracy. I was following a few tutorials, but got frustrated at the ACTUAL coding part
This was made in Visual Studio: if anybody would like to take over, feel free, ill send everything, I extracted everything but the background image from offical Windows 7 basebrd.dll + Authui.dll and PixelFormer
