For two days, Internet Archive has been suffering from repeated DDOS attacks, so the functioning of the links is unfortunately very random.
If I have time, I could post a link hosted elsewhere, with all the schemes gathered. However, there is no question of moving the links to another hosting; in the future, Internet Archive will probably redouble its vigilance, so it is unlikely that this will happen again. And above all, moving all the links would take a lot of time, I prefer to devote this time to continuing my work of porting the schemes.

Yeah the stuff going on with IA sucks in general, not just with the themes. On the other hand it shows the potence of having more then one archive or backup, because you never know with such things. I hope the work on porting the color schemes goes well! Certainly there is some opportunity to keep working on that here.

I could easily add the files on another platform, but the problem is that I would have to change all the links manually, which is extremely time consuming.
Concerning the porting of the color schemes, I have made good progress, but I still have a lot to port (including yours). I think I'm a little over halfway through for the "author" schemes, and still at the beginning of the work for the official Microsoft schemes. Porting the Microsoft schemes is longer, because it requires very precise work, checking that each version of Windows (including pre-releases) does not contain a different scheme.

It looks like Archive.org is back up. I was able to access it as well as download themes listed in this thread.
