A desktop I made for a Windows alternate timeline thing. Shitty explanation: The team for Longhorn did not ruin 4093, which would be a stable build as 4074 on this. This meaning resetting the development of Longhorn would have not happened. The theme shown on this concept is pretty much a evolved version of Slate with the Sidebar disabled.
