Does anyone know how to get this into a version of openshell that's compatible with the classic theme?

I can't compile anything. I don't have a compiler and even if I did, I wouldn't know how to use it.
I think it would be great if someone who knows how to do it would build an exe that contains the latest version of open shell plus the colored hover buttons plus what's necessary for the classic theme.
