There are many pinned threads in Classic Theme General section and some of these methods are obsolete nowadays. This confuses the newcomers and I suggest to organize them.

I regularly unpin obsolete threads, but sometimes misssomething. What exactly threads do you mean?

To summarize, I think there are some obsolete threads pinned, and some threads pinned on up-to-date topics, but whose resolution described is obsolete.
This is debatable, but I find it quite useless to keep the following threads pinned :
- Download for ClassicTheme.exe's DWM DLLs
- Reversibly enable and disable Classic Theme using PowerShell
I don't have too many opinions on this one, but it doesn't seem very up to date either :
- Automatic classic theme script for windows 10
There are also several threads which are important, but whose first message should be updated :
- Classic theme adjusting using UPMCalc (menus with 3D border) It is also possible to use WinPaletter, WinClassicThemeConfig or add the corresponding option in the performance options. All of these solutions do not require restarting the session. And for WP and WCTC, it can be used on the command line.
- Windows 10 Context Menus The fact that recent versions of Windows 10 no longer contain the setting is not mentioned, and it is now possible to use ExplorerPatcher or Windhawk to remove immersive menus.
- Disable DWM Extending Frames in Client Area There is now a better Windhawk mod to do the same thing, which doesn't need to exclude apps (though I'm not sure it works as well in rendering).
- Fixed Control Panel Pages for Win8 (and how I fixed them) The description is not obsolete, but could perhaps be clearer, it took me a while to understand how to achieve this and I already saw someone on ClassicServ who didn't understand anything about this subject.

I unpinned the four topics you mentioned. The other 3 indeed need update.

I have edited this post to include brief instructions on how to apply the UIFILE replacements through Resource Hacker. Hopefully, this makes things a bit clearer for people. Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you for the feedback! Thank you ! Concerning Windows support, I can confirm that all control panel fixes work under Windows 10 21H2, with the exception of the languages control panel (which was deleted without it being possible to restore it).
