I technically did, I only saw this behavior before I came up with a fix and I checked multiple times, although I only figured out they were different processes after checking task manager I think you're right about it being a critical system process, I have windhawk set to load into critical system processes only if targeted explicitly.
Off-topic but how did you add menu bar border to task manager?

It's vista's task manager, I just replaced the icon with xp's, but the border is what made me switch from seven's Oh, I see. I didn't know that because I have rarely used Vista. Thank you.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I have tried this mod and the DWM Unextend Frames and it doesn't work. I read in this thread it is only for Classic theme which I don't think I am using. Also the caption text is funky and it's fine every where else. Attachments:
