Hey! I am new to this forum so i guess this is a start

I have made a concept a month ago about what Windows 8 would look like around 15 years ago.

This was based from a Neptune concept made where the images were really blurry, but it contained things like a full screen pictures app and it basically resembled Windows 8. So, here it is!

This is the bootscreen. I have made it so it looks plain to add to the metro feel.

This OS acts like a kiosk, so this is the admin account when you enter the desktop.

Now this is the default home page, resembling the active desktop you can see in Whistler builds.

Because I like attention to detail, this is what the standard account looks like if they happened to get to the desktop.

I've always wondered how some of [Win9x]

Neptune's features would work out if it had released.
