Why is the Task Manager of Windows 7 frozen on my install?

Good day to all.

So I seem to have another problem. The Task Manager of Windows 7 that can be downloaded from the Winaero website seems to not work properly on my Windows 10 installation. It stays frozen and doesn't update the information such as CPU usage and Physical Memory. I've had this problem for a long time, but as I saw in some videos that in other Windows 10 installations it works, I wonder what could be the problem this time.
