No, It marks exactly .exe Same also counts for other system files and not just dlls,i think I couldn't explain it well. Thank you, I understood everything.

If there's any doubt about this being malware, you can take the file from Windows 7 itself and edit the manifest by hand to set UIAccess property to false.

i've got problems with getting it to work inside system32. when i replace the files inside of system32, it doesn't want to work, only shows the "working" state of the cursor. outside system32, it works fine. is there any fixes for that?

It's strange, it started working for me right away without any problems, with the on-screen keyboard (also from 7) such horrors also happened, but it went away on its own
