Windows 8.1 Tablet PC & Pen and Touch CPL for Windows 10/11

Copy the following files from Windows 8.1:
tabletpc.cpl
tabletpc.cpl.mui
Drag it to Windows 10/11 and paste the files to their respective locations.
Soon there will be a download here if you are not able to get the files from Windows 8.1.
I will show the pictures of before the look and after the look:
(The Tablet PC one is the same because is it of that way in Windows 8.1.)
