Grab mblctr and batmeter from 7,rename 7 batmeter to something else(needs to have the same amount of characters on it's name),then hexedit 7 mblctr and replace any references of batmeter.dll with the new name you give. |

Do what i explained above. It not only fixes broken mblctr with older batmeter,it also fixes the missing icon. |

I got Vista one working. It's just that it can't load batmeter.dll. But it can change the power plan.
