Okay thanks for the tip, but im fine with being on 22h2, I downgraded back from windows 11 to 10 to get a more accurate vista theme on 10 instead of 11.

It wouldn't make any difference. Both are based on the same codebase, one just has an extra enablement package. The same crap is ported to LTSC 2021 and 22H2. And since 21H2 LTSC is poorly done in terms of debloat (basically just removing all UWP apps, you can do the same in 22H2 (preferrably enterprise) and get the same result

Regarding bloat, it seems to me that some services are not enabled by default in LTSC versions, and that some telemetry methods are not present.
