I've managed to restore Windows 8 DP's Ribbon UI to 10 IoT LTSC 2021 (thanks to enderboy for letting me know to replace UIRibbon.dll/mui and UIRibbonRes.dll with 8 DP version). File Explorer:  Paint:  WordPad:  Warning: If you have 2012 Movie Maker, it does not handle 7's Ribbon UI on modern windows, instead, use Windows 8 DP's Ribbon UI or use 8032's instead. |

Windows 8 beta build 8032 looks exactly like the windows 7 ribbon aside from the arrow next to the help button |
