There is an Aero Lite theme on WinAero tweaker, it looks like Windows 8 theme, not sure if it actually works on Windows 11

I guess you could easily obtain the ugly Win8 theme.
However, it will be difficult to find something that works exactly like the Win8 start screen.
Let alone the charms bar and the other cra...stuff.

Isn't there a shell32.dll file that you can change? well ik it only happens to desktop icon settings but what if it was made and free to download

I'm sure you can get some .DLL out of version 1709 or some patch. But (I think) there is no Windhawk mod for that.
