Whenever I go to Ease of Access in the Control Panel with classic theme, it will say something like the panel failed to load, and whenever I load the Windows 10 menu or click on a setting in Control Panel that brings it up in the Windows 10 settings menu, it says "explorer.exe class not registered." What I'd think would be able to fix this is some tool that doesn't make Control Panel redirect to the metro settings or maybe one of those C# Registry tweakers. Especially if I want to change advanced settings, I would have to restart my computer to get the Windows 10 theme back to go to the settings to do it. So can someone just make something that doesn't require Metro apps to set certain settings?
