After a long time, I've finally completly transformed Windows 10 IoT LTSC 2021 into Windows 7!

Update 2 (The Major Updade)Added Windows 7 Build 7000 themes
Added Windows 7 Dark theme from 21H2to7
Fully restored Homegroup (thanks to Brawllux !)
Patched Ease of Access Center to make it 1:1 or almost 1:1 to 7's version
Patched 3 CPL pages to make it almost close to 7's version with Resource Redirect
Removed 7's defender and Added Windows 8.1's defender (1607's defender) with Version Spoof, Spoofed it as 6.3.9600, and used Resource Redirect to make EppManifest.dll and MSASCui.exe to use patched icons (thanks to Brawllux and ImSwordQueen !)
Replaced bthprops.cpl and it's mui with 1607's version
