Is there any Themes/Programs that could bring back the look and feel of old google chrome (50) or any versions of chrome with a similar design, (tabs, colors dont matter, layout) but on a modern chrome version?

Well, for firefox, you can use geckium. I'm using it on my firefox right now (I also replaced the firefox icon with google chromes 2011 icon and renamed firefox to google chrome). For Chromium-based Browsers, there's Supermium, which has older UI elements (and works on older OSes). You might have to play around with chrome://flags though.
