Hi! How can i merge to the Registry? When i try to merge the reg file it throws error for me.

Strange, it works for me, If it doesn't work for you, you can try doing it yourself.
1) Open the Registry Editor
2) In the address bar, select all the text inside and paste it with HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Personalize
And press enter.
3) Right click the Personalize key (or folder), then Click on "Permissions..".
4) Click on "Advanced", then "Change", and type your username and press "OK", After that. Check the "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects", then Press "OK".
5) Still in the "Permissions" menu. Click on "Administrators" and then check the "Full Control" radio button. Then Press OK.
6) In the Registry Editor, Rename the SettingsURI value to "SettingsUIbak".
7) Do the same instructions as step 3,4,5 instead to the "command" key under "Personalize".
8) Click on the "command" key under "Personalize" and rename the DelegateExecute value to "DelegateExecutebak".
9) Right click the "(Default)" value (inside the command key!). Click "Modify", and copy the text below:
explorer shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921}
10) Close the Registry Editor, Click and test if it works. Enjoy!
