So I was testing with UPMCalc and afterwards I restarted my PC, and the gradient title bars were a solid color. Here are the values I set: Bit 0 = 0 Bit 1 = 1 Bit 2 = 1 Bit 3 = 0 Bit 4 = 1 Bit 5 = 0 Bit 6 = 0 Bit 7 = 1 Bit 9 = 0 Bit 10 = 0 Bit 11 = 1 Bit 12 = 0 Bit 13 = 0 Bit 14 = 0 Bit 15 = 0 Bit 16 = 1 Bit 17 = 0 Bit 18 = 0 Bit 31 = 0 Bit 32 = 0 Bit 33 = 1 Bit 36 = 0 Bit 37 = 0 Windows 10 1709

I see you already have bit 4 set to 1, however it looks like bit 31 is overriding that. I would recommend keeping that set to 1, as it affects a lot of the other UPM bits.
