Winxshell a future for classic theming

Hey guys i found a shell that seems like reactos based but arghh themed with ugly blue color

its far more functional then the modified reactos taskbar it dont need audio ahk and is more customizable

Is there anyone around who can make win95 / 98 xp /nt themes with that one? I bet custom cpl files can be integrated to it maybe it could go with its own control panel?
