The "button view" wasn't there in the previous version. As for testing taskbow without SIB on; I'll try that as soon as I can (it's late here). A new version is issued: www.taskbow.com/taskbowfree.1.1.7.5.exe.zipThey added the 2px gap between buttons like in standard classic theme and an option to hide the tray icon.

Still want aan option to disable the highlight when hovering over the button though.

Oh nice, downloading it now, thanks. Two welcome additions if I do say so myself - now all we need is the option to disable the glow effect when you hover over tasks and Tasbow would be perfect.

Also one question, what tool did you use to add the Active Desktop context menu back?

Ask for this feature yourself: support@deskex.com Cheers, I will do. scamdisk; I used Regedit. I used some guide online that listed how to add the sub menus and put a seperator in the context menu, can't remember where exactly I saw though. Give me a few hours and I'll try re-going over what I did.

Ah nice, he added in the ability to turn on/off classic theme elements in the taskbar. Looks odd on the W10 taskbar though (screenshot is with Spitfirex86's W7 Classic SiB skin): What do you mean? You should try this program with taskbar running under Classic theme and no other theming... I think it is possible to make it looking descent... Possibly there will be some blur, but worth trying. No link to it.

Here's the results, it would need alot of tweaking before it actually looks good. Weird enough that light colors make the quicklaunch and taskbow free area white.

The quicklaunch toolbar made the broken taskbar from 22px to 28.
