In the color configuration dialogs, there are themes that also increase size of controls.

Fantastic work on this! I have to ask if there is a guide on knowing where I can find the proper fonts and how to turn off "Font Smoothing". Like I said great work! I am loving the classic theme! I actually have something that I feel I can be more productive in. Light theme has always hurt my eyes and dark mode is just too much. Classic has always been that really nice in-between. So, thank you for making this accessible for everybody

There should be a checkbox that has to do with fonts (I think it says "Disable font smoothing" or something like that)

Update: I was going to finish SCT 1.6.0 in the past week, but I've had a harddrive crash and am currently in the middle of a network upgrade, so I currently don't have the time to do it. Expect it somewhere next week though.

Starting with SCT 1.6, there is going to be a fourth version component: All builds are versioned *.*.*.x, where * can be any version number and x is the revision. The revision will start at 0 for the first beta, and it will increase when a new beta build is published, or when the final release is ready.
- Added new UI for the main UI
- Changed the menu bar of the main UI to a Win32 menu
- Enabled use of ExplorerPatcher as a taskbar option
- Added wizard setting for changing SCT path (Only in Wizard for now)
- Made SCT path the default working area for the start menu resources
- Made dark/light background algorithm choose according to W3C recommendations (correctly)
- SCT no longer replaces the executable in the install directory when running a newer version from SCT elsewhere
- Fixed Open-Shell configuration writing the wrong path for start button and taskbar texture

I don't know if this has been mentioned before but the classic taskbar doesn't seem to be working (it looks like the standard windows 10 taskbar) and there are no context menus in Windows...
Version 21H2

ExplorerPatcher doesn't seem to work on Windows 10 nor on Windows 7. Kind of pointless... (the installer doesn't work)

OrthodoxWin32 Could you please not talk about ExplorerPatcher here when it is not specifically mentioned? It was not mentioned at all here, but I think now OP has gone and tried some things which could make the situation worse. My best guess is that it isn't their issue. nonameneeded The Classic Taskbar is an option that needs to be enabled manually inside SCT. Normally SCT ask's you if you would like to run an installer, which properly selects and installs the proper components to get you Taskbar of choice working. Could you tell me what software you exactly have installed right now, and what version of Windows you're on?

The thing is, I'm not so sure if SimpleTaskbar was installed or not. Because Open Shell also alters the taskbar slightly. I tried to install the retro taskbar but nothing seemed to happen. No installer popped up and led me through the installation process. Would this change anything about the context menu issue?
Oh, the Windows version is 21h2 and it's a 32bit OS, doesn't explorerpatcher work on 32bit OSes?

I think that's the cause of all your problems, whether with SimpleClassicTheme, SimpleClassicThemeTaskbar, ExplorerPatcher and RetroBar. Concerning the confusion that OpenShell brings to the taskbar, the best is to temporarily unchecked the "Customize Taskbar" box in the OpenShell parameters.

Or clumsy. In contrast, i also talked about ExplorerPatcher about the context menu, and I do not see how it could not be relevant, because ExplorePatcher is the only program to effectively corrected the context menu.

You're spreading misinformation. SCT and SCTT support x86. SCT does not support ExplorerPatcher on Windows 10. And ExplorerPatcher is not the only taskbar inside SCT, there's 4 others.

So, is there a solution for the missing context menu entries?
The taskbar DOES seem to work now, although I can't say it looks very pretty.

(all three of them seem to look pretty much identical)
