Win Paletter refuses to work, it changes the colors but that is all. I am convinced the latest version of Windows 10 and Windows 11(Which I am on) Is not configured to be customized anymore. Is it even worth downgrading to 10? I am so sick of this stuff not working. This is normal, because the purpose of WinPaletter is only to change colors. Are you using the correct version ? github.com/Abdelrhman-AK/WinPaletter/releases/tag/v1.0.4.1For fonts and window metrics, I've given you the tools to use (noMeiryoUI and ReMetric). Perhaps I am confused. So WinPaletter is for colors, noMeiryoUI for fonts and ReMetric for the windows. My question is can I achieve windows 95/98 Window borders with this or do I still need SCT?

So I used ReMetrics to make it Windows 98 Style and selected Windows 98 on WinPaletter and this is what it looks like. I want it to look like Windows 98 with the boxed style, gradient like SCT except SCT doesn't work.

It works, but explorer and taskbar still have some issues. How to fix that? I have installed Explorer Patcher.

Is the classic theme disabled only in file explorer, or in all programs ?

It works, but explorer and taskbar still have some issues. How to fix that? I have installed Explorer Patcher. View AttachmentFrom your screenshot, I see several issues: The adress bar is too wide and the search field does not appear : To do this, go to the Explorer Patcher settings, " File Explorer" tab, check " Disable modern search bar" and " Shrink address bar height". The taskbar is displayed incorrectly: For this, use the patched Open-Shell start menu DLL: github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/files/7515912/StartMenuDLL.zip Go to the OpenShell installation folder, and move the patched version of the OpenShell DLL, replacing the existing DLL ( StartMenuDLL.dll). Then, go to the ExplorerPatcher settings, " Advanced" tab and check " Enable Advanced mitigations for correct rendering using classic theme" and " Enable SysListView32 for Explorer views".

I did everything you wrote above. Now address bar looks better, but Taskbar still have an issues.

Even with that option selected, the address bar is too big on Windows 11 with the classic theme on. Strangely, it does shrink it properly when you're not using the classic theme.

Has anyone got this 100% Working on Windows 11 21H2?
EDIT: Over two weeks later no response. Which means the answer is no and this doesn't support the latest version of Windows 11.

First of all. You need to fix Chrome's Top thing. It disables the classic theme and uses the modern. You also need to fix the broken control panel and can you add Wallpapers and let us change the top thing in the colors. Please fix the paint too. Its too high. Thanks!

Hello hunterfourms and welcome to the WinClassic forum! I don't quite understand the meaning of the broken control panel and the unresponding colors.
