[DEPRECATED] Simple Classic Theme

ihatemetro, thank you for your suggestion! I no longer have the problem mentioned on my previous post, I've installed Windhawk and menus work. ^^ but, now, I have a new issue: tried to simply click on the displayed time at the bottom right and taskbar has just vanished. As I type this there's no taskbar for any reason whatsoever '-'

Oh, my... take a look at this new one: pressed right mouse button on Firefox minimized window just to see if the options menu there would be fine and this big thing appeared ._.  From anybody that has the theme working without these problems, what is wrong or if so, what could I have done wrong?

Hello, I'm new here so I'm not sure if this is the correct thread but... After mucking about doing the setup provided here. github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/discussions/167. (Also this thread winclassic.net/thread/990/windows-classic-theme-on-1903) I was getting impatient and saw that SCT could have everything done for me, (also I saw working context menus and mine were still broken even after applying the fix here. (https://winclassic.net/thread/26/windows-10-context-menus)) But after doing so my windows was making constant error noises when I rebooted and all my windows were yellow, I had the classic theme but nothing worked, start menu wasn't working and nothing worked so I used classic task manager (thank god I had it installed) and went into control panel to restore a point, then I learned Windows apparently didn't save my restore point or something? (I'm not knowledgeable on this so sorry for my ignorance. But I read somewhere that windows will delete restore points if it sees low hard disk space.) So I opened up cmd and opened the setup for SCT and uninstalled it and got my system back to "decently" working order, but it seems like it's in a worse state than it was before the patch, I am wondering if I did something wrong or if the program isn't necessarily stable/working right now. I can provide details if necessary.

So I'm wondering if I should undo the steps from anixx's thread then try SCT again or if it's unrelated.

What the fuck? The Taskbar doesn't work correctly (the interface is white, and the icons are broken) and the Start Menu is just Open Shell.

Somehow I missed beta 1 but I just tried beta 2 and it's mostly working really well. Some problems on multi monitor setups though, flickering of the taskbar and the icons keep jumping up and down(alignment because of the taskbar being visible or not I think). I uninstalled the 1.x version(keeping openshell), installed beta 2 and it was mostly working.

Now checking if I can get a double height(2 line) taskbar going with the vanilla taskbar option(currently no start button but the taskbar itself is fine). Simple Classic theme taskbar looks perfect but unfortunately only single line.

I test SCT on the latest Insider builds (Dev branch) of Windows 11. Note that I always install ExplorerPatcher when using SCT, as it fixes a lot of problem with Classic Theme.
