dwm disable win 10 1803 micro stutter

hello everyone i need little help i love disable dwm its give me huge mouse input improvement the problem is it cause micro stutter for like 3 min and back  i been trying to figure out what cause it i heard ScrollWindowsExFlags do some stuff on dwm but not sure if its fix it and i cant found ScrollWindowsExFlags  in Compatibility Administrator (32-bit or 64-bit any help ?
