Hello, i have a problem on my Windows 10 1903 installation that the explorer shell isn't starting.
I have tried changing the default shell, automatic repair and safe mode, but nothing happened.
What should i do?

Is explorer crashing and restarting over and over again (taskbar appearing and disappearing), or does it just NOT START at all? Check event viewer.

Have you done sfc /scanfile:C:\Windows\explorer.exe? I did not yet, but that was a good idea, but it outputs: Microsoft (R) Windows (R) Resource Checker Version 6.0

SFC [/SCANNOW] [/VERIFYONLY] [/SCANFILE=<file>] [/VERIFYFILE=<file>]
[/OFFWINDIR=<offline windows directory> /OFFBOOTDIR=<offline boot directory> [/OFFLOGFILE=<log file path>]]
/SCANNOW Scans integrity of all protected system files and repairs files with
problems when possible.
/VERIFYONLY Scans integrity of all protected system files. No repair operation is
performed.
/SCANFILE Scans integrity of the referenced file, repairs file if problems are
identified. Specify full path <file>
/VERIFYFILE Verifies the integrity of the file with full path <file>. No repair
operation is performed.
/OFFBOOTDIR For offline repair, specify the location of the offline boot directory
/OFFWINDIR For offline repair, specify the location of the offline windows directory

Fixed my explorer by changing a few clsid's. Mods, please move this post to the recycle bin.
