searched everywhere on google, no mentions of this issue. uninstalled open shell, issue still persists. restored system files, issue still persits.
i use windows 7 since anything newer than that has some weird performance issues on my computer.

Try running inetcpl.cpl, going into the advanced tab, and enabling browser extensions.

Try running inetcpl.cpl, going into the advanced tab, and enabling browser extensions. +1. Yeah Quero was designed for Internet Explorer, so you might have to enable it in that to get it showing. Also try looking under View>Toolbars in Windows Explorer and see if you can enable it there as well.

Also try looking under View>Toolbars in Windows Explorer and see if you can enable it there as well. Views>Toolbars somehow didn't exist but I found a fix for it. The fix was to simply create another user, as I got the settings to enable both Quero and Classic Explorer Bar.
I assume that the issue was due to a weird registry problem on my old 10 month old user.
