themes that work with win10 Pro 21H1 ?

i unfortunately had to restart my system and it forced an update, so i can't use windowblinds afaik, which i was rly looking forward to when i discovered it. i've been searching for something that would let me customize my computer with a real-looking windows xp or 7 theme for YEARS now, to the point where ive recently been considering switching to linux mint for the customization options. everything i find for windows is out of date if anyone has any kind of resources that would work (other than like, openshell, bc i know abt openshell already), like guides or software, i'd really appreciate a link!!
