The taskbar seems to be non-explorer, yes? The places pane is some Explorer's add-on, yes? The taskbar is the standard Windows taskbar with ExplorerPatcher and Taskbow. The places pane is FindeXer.

In CustomizerGod, if you change the icon in General Icons, an error stating that the parameter is incorrect appears and the change is not possible...

In C:\Windows\SystemResources, take ownership of imageres.dll.mun and make a copy of it named imageres.dll.mun.backup in the same folder. Then, go to Open File in the CustomizerGod menu and open imageres.dll.mun.

Hmm. In that case how did you get the Win2000-style taskbar separator next to the start button? An empty toolbar+"hide start button" in 7+TT?

It even has less distance between the handle and separator, more resembling Windows 2000.

I used this method, but when I change the icon in CustomizerGod, the parameter is wrong...

Try taking ownership of the SystemResources folder. The SystemResources folder is owned by my local account. Try giving the "Full control" permission to Administrators in the Security tab in Properties.
