Not with Chrome at least. Modern Firefox might be doable.

The classic blue theme used when Classic theme is used can be gotten back:

This guide helped me get the classic window buttons back on Win10 and Win11:

How do I fix this icon in the Taskbar because it looks ugly and I don't like it. prnt.sc/80WGAE5U25n5

Remove all other profiles except the main one you are using in Google Chrome.
