I happen to like the Vista/7 version of the classic theme (and so don't want to simply remove the navigation bar and replace it with Open-Shell buttons), but starting with later versions of 10 (and continuing into 11), the navigation bar is really big and looks awful. I've enabled the legacy search on SCT/ExplororPatcher but the size doesn't actually change.
Top image is Windows 10 LTSC 2019 (what I want); bottom image is Windows 11 (what I have):
Is there a way to reduce the size of this back to how it was in earlier versions of 10?

As far as I know, there is no way, I saw a reply on this fourm that this would have to be changed in the source code of explorer, or something like that. Though someone theoretically could remake the address bar/search bar as a toolbar, Internet Explorer's addressbar/search bar looks exactly like that, or maybe even a Quero theme. Who knows.

I was able to shrink the address bar down with Window Detective: Maybe an AHK script to automate it to something?

I was able to shrink the address bar down with Window Detective: <button disabled="" class="c-attachment-insert--linked o-btn--sm">Attachment Deleted</button> Maybe an AHK script to automate it to something? I think a AHK script is definitely possible. The question cimes to being requested on ExplorerPatcher : github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/discussions/947
