Microsoft Office Picture Manager

To install Picture Manager, you need to install Microsoft Sharepoint Designer 2010.

64 bit: www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24309

32 bit: www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=16573

1. Open it

2. Accept the license

3. Click Customize

4. Set everything to Not Available

5. Under Office Tools, set "Microsoft Office Picture Manager" to Run from My Computer

6. Click Install Now

7. Congrats! You installed the Picture Manager.
