If you wanted to get the Help Center from Windows XP on newer versions of Windows, this is how you do it. Note 1: It isn't really functional, it's more for show than anything else Note 2: I didn't test this too much, so it may cause issues, but it shouldn't, since it replaces only 1 system file This has been tested on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 LTSC 2016 Here are the steps: 1. Get the PCHEALTH.INF file from Windows XP. To do this, mount your Windows XP ISO (or put in an actual CD), go to the i386 folder, and get the PCHEALTH.IN_ file and use 7-Zip to extract PCHEALTH.INF 2. Open an Explorer window with TrustedInstaller rights. To do this, use a tool such as NSudo3. Navigate to your extracted PCHEALTH.INF file, right click, and select Install. When prompted for files, point to the drive with the Windows XP CD. When prompted to replace a system file, click Yes, and reboot your computer when asked. 4. Open a command prompt as administrator, make sure you're in C:\Windows\System32 and run these commands: %windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpSvc.exe /install2 /svchost netsvcs /regserver /RAInstall %windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpHost.exe /regserver %windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpCtr.exe /regserver regsvr32 %windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\brpinfo.dll regsvr32 %windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\msinfo.dll
After that, to launch Help Center, run: %windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpCtr.exe -FromStartHelp
Here are screenshots of it on Windows 7 and 10 1607:

Sadly, this doesn't seem to work with XP x64's help and support center. (with the files from D:\AMD64)
