The KDE team has compiled the KDE apps for Windows
I just tested some applications; Overall, some do not respect Windows controls, nor colors, other does not respect controls but respects the colors, and others respects controls and colors. In addition, memory management does not seem at all optimized. It sounds a good basis of work, but who needs to be better integrated with Windows.

Maybe adding the environment variable "QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME" and setting it to "windows" would fix some of the apps? It does not seem to work. About Qt apps, Is there a way to force musescore (https://musescore.org/) to use Windows native controls ?
