I managed to do this: Themes tab crashes it. I will post more info on this later.

Sadly no, not even the desktop icons settings change.

You can get XP x64's screensaver properties with 10's desk.cpl and it is functional, but you won't get the tabbed desk.cpl

The desktop icons tab is still there in Win11: <button disabled="" class="c-attachment-insert--linked o-btn--sm">Attachment Deleted</button> The screensaver tab also (In Windows 10, but I suppose that this is also the case in 11).
